- We are aware that there are times when our customers require extra help or would like to receive our services in a different way. Details of the Help Available to You can be found here.
We also have a suite of Code of Practice leaflets, which cover Debt, Domestic Customers and Leakage. These Codes of Practice give information on the main services we provide, the terms and conditions on which they are offered and where and how to get advice and help.

The Water Resources Plan is an integral part of the Business Plan which focuses on the long-term issues of how much water customers will use in future (demand), how much water will be available to meet this demand (supply) and how the Company will ensure supply and demand balance.
