Our average household water bill is the second lowest in the country. Ours is now £118, still 25% lower than national average which is now £157.
We have continually met Ofwat’s leakage target.
We are one of the benchmark companies for operating cost efficiency, ranked 4th (we are one of only four companies ranked by Ofwat as Band A for both operating costs and capital expenditure).
Most efficient company for procuring and utilising power.
Water quality performance - pass rate = 99.97%

We replace 70km of mains each year, equivalent to 1.2% of the asset stock.
We deal with around 1,300 burst mains each year.
We spend £20m-£25m each year in new assets and maintaining existing assets.
Huge investment at Seedy Mill and Hampton Loade Treatment Works, which together account for 55% of our supplies.
We install around 10,000 new meters each year, 40% at new properties and 60% at customer’s request.
