Christmas bonus for SSW customer (15/12/11)
South Staffs Water customer, Mrs Hall of Brierley Hill, has an unexpected early Christmas present of £250 worth of "Love to Shop" vouchers, after taking part in one of our customer feedback surveys.
The lucky winner was chosen in a draw after taking part in a survey earlier in the year. Julie Webb, Customer Voice Coordinator with SSW said: "As a company providing an essential service to the area, it's vital we know what our customers think about what we do. Congratulations to Mrs Hall and a big 'thank you' to everyone who took part in the survey – every piece of information received helps inform what we do for all of our customers."
