PR09 Final Business Plan

We have made our Final Business Plan submission, (Price Review 2009 PR09), to Ofwat, for the period 2010-2015 available here.

This public domain version is exactly as we submitted to Ofwat for review.

Some information has been removed because it is commercially sensitive or relates to matters of national security. These cuts have been made in line with Ofwat guidance.

Our plan was subject to review and challenge by Ofwat. Ofwat's final determination of prices for the industry can be viewed on their website.

Please note that we have not published our Draft Business Plan which was submitted in 2008 because the Final Business Plan supersedes this. We have also not published appendices. We recognise and respect that this information is subject to the Freedom of Information Act and will review and consider all requests for such information.

Please be aware that the same excisions will apply to the Draft Business Plan chapters and some appendices may not be available because we may not have permission from third parties to share the information they contain.
