Supply incidents

In the event of a major incident affecting water supplies to customers, our priority is to restore supplies as soon as possible. During an incident this page will provide bulletins on the arrangements being made to restore supplies. If alternative sources of water are to be used, such as bowsers or bottled water, this page will inform customers where they are available.
