Our e-billing service will enable you to replace your paper bill with one sent via e-mail.
E-billing is a secure and convenient method of accessing your water services bill 24 hours a day.
The service is currently available to customers who are:
- Charged on an unmetered basis.

E-billing is a secure electronic billing service. With e-billing, you will view your bills securely on the South Staffs Water web site.
Benefits of e-billing include:
- Convenience - bills can be viewed securely at one or more locations, such as home, at work or on a laptop.
- Unlimited Access - You can access your bills 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
- Flexibility - While viewing your Water Services bill, you have the option of:
- printing a hard copy,
- retrieving an archived copy of the bill through our bill history option.
- Timeliness - e-bills are available almost the instant they are produced.
- Security - e-bills are available via your e-billing account. Unlike paper bills that could be lost, destroyed or temporarily misplaced, e-bills can be viewed securely online, 24 hours a day.
- Environmentally friendly - e-billing reduces the use of paper, envelopes, toner and inks along with the associated delivery costs. Initiatives such as e-billing help us maintain the 2nd lowest water charges in England and Wales.
- Customer Service - e-billing is the first phase in a series of initiatives designed to further improve the level of service we deliver to our customers.
This service is currently only accessible if your browser software is 100% compatible with Microsoft Internet Explorer version 4 or above.
The service is available to customers who are:
Charged on an unmetered basis. (This is denoted by your customer reference beginning with UC.)
And either pay annually, half yearly or by Direct Debit.
Your e-bill must be paid by Direct Debit, telephone or e-banking. E-billing does not allow for payments to be made by cheque or cash because counterfoils cannot be produced.

Yes. It is our policy to respect customer privacy.
The collection of personal information online is designed to protect access to your water services accounts. All personal information collected and stored by South Staffordshire Water is used for specific business purposes to protect and administer your account and transactions.
To access your e-billing account you have a username and password unique to yourself.
The e-billing service also utilises a 128 bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certificate. This provides an encrypted link between the e-billing service and your browser. Once the link is established all communication between the service and your browser will remain confidential.
Can I access my bills at work and at home?
Yes, your e-billing account can be accessed using any Internet connection by entering your e-mail address and your e-billing password.
Is there a cost to receive bills via e-blling?
You can access the e-billing services at no additional cost.
