Metered Properties
- Leaving a metered property - we require a final meter reading from you on the date you vacate the property.
If you are unable to take a meter reading yourself, please contact us at least 7 working days before your vacation date to enable us to arrange for a Meter Reader to visit.
- Moving into a metered property - we require a start reading from you when you move into the property.
Unmetered Properties
- Leaving an unmetered property - please advise us of the date you leave the property and your forwarding address.
- Moving into an unmeterd property - please advise us of the date you occupied the property and your previous address.
