If your WaterSure application is successful, we will ensure that your annual water service charges do not exceed a set amount. For the financial year of 1st April, 2013 to 31st March, 2014, the maximum we will charge you is £302.48. Please note that we will apply the reduction to your account on a pro-rata basis taking into account the month we process your application.
Please note: you do not qualify for the scheme if you water your garden with a non-handheld appliance such as a sprinkler or domestic irrigation system, or if you have an auto-fill swimming pool, or a pond with a capacity of over 10,000 litres.
