Our outcomes and ODI's
Based on customer feedback we’ve identified five key outcomes for our business. These reflect what is important to you, as a customer and also take into account the views of our stakeholders and regulators.
Under each of these outcomes we identified specific targets for our business. These are known as Outcome Delivery Incentives or ODIs. Over the five years 2015-2020 how well we perform as a business will be measured against each of the 15 ODIs.

A summary of our five Outcome Delivery Incentives (ODIs) are shown in the table below. The table provides a description of each outcome, how each will be measured, the form of incentive applied, and our targets over the next 12 months.
