Can you refund the credit shown on my bill?

Unmetered customers

If you’re an unmetered customer we can usually refund you if your account is in credit on your bill.

Please contact us so we can arrange this.

Metered customers

If your water charges are based on meter readings, we will need an up-to-date meter reading to update your account before we can send a refund to you.

If you sign up to My Account, our online account management service, you can view your account balance and payment history and send us a meter reading.
