Do you read my meter when I move?
We aim to read your water meter once every financial year, and send you a bill based on this reading.
The remainder of your bills are likely to be estimated based on your previous consumption. If we have estimated your bill and you’d like to submit a meter reading, then we’ll send you a revised bill.
If you’re moving and cannot provide your own final meter reading, please let us know at least seven working days before your leaving date to allow us to arrange for a meter reader to visit.
