Lines are open from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm on Saturday and 10am to 4pm on Sunday.

For claims phone on 0800 247 999
This line is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Have your policy number ready; it’s always on the top of any letters from Homeserve.

Calls to HomeServe may me recorded for quality control and training purposes. Calls to 0800 numbers are free from landlines and mobile phones, and will not be taken from your mobile phone inclusive minutes.
