How do I pay if my payment card or slips haven't arrived?

There are a few options allowing you to pay if your payment card or slips have not arrived.

Online with My Account

Sign up for an online account - By registering to our online account management service, you can:

  • Make a payment
  • Setup a Direct Debit
  • View your bills
  • View your payment history
  • View your payment plan
  • Amend your details

Call us

You can call us and pay over the phone using a debit or credit card.

At a PayPoint

On the bottom of your bill there is a giro slip and a barcode, it may be for the full amount but you can use it to make a payment for any specified amount. All you need to do is take this to a PayPoint outlet, bank or post office and state the amount you wish to pay.

Send us a cheque

You can send a cheque or postal order with the completed payment slip (just to let you know we don’t issue receipts.

Please make cheques payable to South Staffs Water and write your customer reference number on the back. Please don’t send post-dated cheques or cash - we don’t accept responsibility for cash sent through the post. If a cheque is returned unpaid, we’ll charge £5 to cover bank administration charges. We’ll process cheques within two days of us receiving them.
