Why didn't you tell me the water was going off?

It is our aim to deliver a constant supply of water to your home.

We will always try and notify you if your water supply is going to be turned off or disrupted. There are some circumstances where this may not be possible, for example:

  • If there’s been a burst main
  • If we need to carry out emergency maintenance work
  • If a third party has caused the water supply to be disrupted

We’ll always get your water back on as quickly as possible, and most supplies are restored in less than four hours.

If there isn't an incident in your area you can try these steps to identify the issue
