Why have I received a bill?

Billing and payment dates vary depending on if you’re on a water meter or not.

Unmetered customers

Bills for unmetered customers will be sent annually during February or March.

Metered customers

If you’re a metered customer you’ll receive a bill twice a year. Some of our non-household customers who use a lot of water will normally receive a bill every month.
