Why have I received a reminder?

If you’ve paid your bill or instalment

If you have paid in full or set up instalments recently, a reminder letter could have been posted before your payment was received or your instalments were set up. Please check the date on your letter. If the date on the letter is before the date you paid you don't need to do anything.

If you haven't received a bill

We are sorry if you’ve received a reminder before you’ve received your bill. This may be down to a number of reasons:

  • There may have been an issue with the details on our system, such as an incorrect postcode
  • If you’ve moved we may have sent your bill to the old address and the reminder to the new one
  • There may be an issue with the postal system

Please pay your bill according to the details included in the reminder. If you have already paid your bill please ignore the reminder.
