Community hub wins customer satisfaction innovation award

Photo of colleagues from South Satffs Water and Echo Managed Services collecting the awardOur Community hub in Wednesbury has won another award - this time for its innovative approach to providing visibility in our communities.

The Institute of Customer Service recognises business performance and customer satisfaction across industries, whilst celebrating the delivery of successful customer service-focused strategies.

Along with Echo Managed Services, our customer service provider, we won the 'Customer Satisfaction Innovation Award' for being the first in the water sector to open a Community hub on the high street - at the centre of our communities.

We're delighted to be recognised for our ongoing commitment to our customers, as we continue to provide an easy and informal space for them to come and speak to us.

We're so pleased to win this award. We originally set up our community hub as an easy and informal way for local people to talk to us and to find out more about their water. It’s developed into so much more, with community groups using the hub almost every day. This award recognises all the work our hub team puts in, to ensure that local people get the support they need and access to so much more. Thank you to our partners and customers who make it a success!
