nmcn plc secures framework for water treatment upgrade

nmcn plc has secured the framework for the design and build to upgrade major water treatment works in both the Cambridge and South Staffs regions as part of £63million investment. 

Extensive rebuilding and refurbishment work will be undertaken in 2020 to 2025 (AMP7) and beyond at Seedy Mill water treatment works, near Lichfield and Hampton Loade water treatment works, near Bridgnorth.

This work forms part of a longer-term strategy to develop the sites over the next ten years to continually improve the quality of the water supplied to customers.
