Water UK standards
Water UK has developed a set of developer service standards that set out the levels of service developers can expect from water companies when providing water and wastewater infrastructure for new developments.
Since 2015, performance against these standards has been reported and compared across water companies in England and Wales. Current performance information is available through Ofwat's Developer Services Measure of Experience (D-MeX), which measures and publishes water company performance for developer customers.
