We will be replacing the existing water mains and renewing service pipes that lead up to the boundaries of properties on the following roads.
When will the work take place?
Our work will start on Birmingham Road on Monday 13 April, then progress into each street in the order listed above. The duration of the works will be approximately eight weeks.
Changes to traffic
To complete the works as safely and efficiently as possible we will be required to install a one-way system on Birmingham Road, allowing traffic to enter from Bosty Lane and travel in a northerly direction towards Walsall Road.
Road closures will be in place on Churn Hill Road and Harborough Drive when required, with access being available via Whetstone Lane.
We may need to occupy the space directly outside your property, which may restrict parking. Should this happen, our staff on site will communicate with you in person to organise sufficient alternative parking.
Access to frontages will be maintained throughout the duration of the work and a suitable diversion route will be in place.
