Dominique Mowle named new Finance Director at South Staffs Water

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Dominique Mowle as our new Finance Director, effective 2 January 2026.
Dominique brings deep expertise in financial strategy, performance management and business transformation across both regulated finance and the water industry. She joins from Severn Trent, where she most recently served as Group Head of FP&A. Her previous career includes senior finance positions at Groupe PSA, Home Retail Group, and Barclays.
In her new role, Dominique will lead South Staffs Water’s financial operations, ensuring they support the company’s strategic priorities and regulatory commitments. Her leadership will be critical as the business navigates its largest-ever investment programme, aimed at delivering long-term value for customers and stakeholders with efficiency and impact.
