South Staffs Water customers can now see how well their water company is doing its job on a monthly basis with the launch of a new performance dashboard.
The online function shares the latest figures for activities such as complaints received, leaks fixed and properties with an interruption to supply as well as numbers of water quality tests and water meters fitted. It also shows how these figures measure up against targets and shares information to help customers understand more about their water supply.
As a business we want our customers to have trust in us and believe it’s important to be transparent and are working hard to regularly share more information about our performance. As well as reporting annually, we have developed this online dashboard to report on a monthly basis how the business is performing in areas that matter the most to customers.
