South Staffs Water has lowest volumes of complaints in the water industry
CCWater was created in 2005 to champion the interests of water consumers across England and Wales, today they have issued their annual report on household customer complaints.
South Staffs Water has been recognised as having the lowest level of customer complaints in the industry.
Head of Customer Services, Rachael Merrell said:
“We work really hard to ensure our customers receive a great service from us and we’re delighted to be recognised as having the lowest level of customer complaints. I’d like to take this opportunity to thank our customers in helping us to achieve this.”
