Help us use water wisely this summer
Make one small change to your everyday water habits
We are carrying out essential work, which may result in interruptions to customers' water supply in the DY6 MILE FLATS AND KINGSWINFORD AREAS. We aim to keep disruption to a minimum and hope to restore all supplies shortly.
As your supply returns, you may notice that you water looks different than usual. This is perfectly normal and your water will be safe to drink. Running your cold kitchen tap will help to clear it. For more information, please refer to our discoloured water advice video.
Thank you for your patience and understanding, as we carry out this essential work.
I CAN CONFIRM THAT AS OF 10.21PM THE SUPPLIES WERE RESTORED.
We thank you for your patience
