How to switch to a water meter

COVID-19 update

Due to government advice, and to protect both our customers and employees, we hit the pause button on any non-urgent activity, which includes metering. We’re constantly reviewing this, and are about to take some small steps in resuming our meter install service.

We’re almost ready to start installing meters again, outside properties. We’ll be able to do this safely, maintaining social distance. If your property fits the criteria for us to do this, we’ll call you to book an appointment.

As we’re taking small steps with this, it will take us some time to resume this service, and not all meters can be fitted outside. Please bear with us as we plan our return – the safety of both you and our employees is our top priority.
