  • No Water DE11, DE12 and DE13

    We're aware of an issue in DE11, DE12 and DE13, which is causing low pressure and no water for customers.

    We're currently investigating and aim to restore normal pressure and supply as quickly as possible.

  • Burst main on Darby Street, Rowley Regis, B65 0

    We’re aware of a burst main on Darby Street, which is causing low pressure or no water for customers located in the B65 0 area.

    This has now been rectified and all customers affected should now have water.

    As your supply returns, you may notice that your water looks different than usual. This is perfectly normal and your water will be safe to drink. Running your cold kitchen tap will help to clear it. For more information, please refer to our discoloured water advice video.
