Final Determination

On 12 December 2014, Ofwat published its final determination for South Staffs Water (incorporating Cambridge Water) for the period covering 1 April 2015 to 31 March 2020. We have carefully considered this and the challenges it presents.
On balance we have decided that it is in our customers’ best interests to wholly devote our focus to delivering the required performance set before us by the final determination. With this in mind we have written to Ofwat and informed them that we will not be referring our final determination to the Competition and Markets Authority.
