Reporting on a year of challenge and change
We have set demanding targets to ensure we provide high levels of customer service and low charges. This year we have successfully delivered on many of our commitments, meeting 10 of the targets. How this is measured and our performance is outlined in this report.
South Staffs Water aims to be transparent and honest with our customers in everything we do; from how we spend the money from their bill, through to the quality and reliability of their water supply and the impact of our activities on the environment. We provide an essential public service and realise it is vital that our customers trust us to do this well. Sharing how we have performed against our targets is one way to help build this trust.
