Water Saving Week 2022
Water Saving Week is back for 2022! The five-day campaign encourages people across the country to help save water and work towards a safer future and a safer planet.
Hosted by Waterwise, this year’s Water Saving Week highlights the importance of water and how it will affect our future. Each day there will be a specific focus on a compelling reason why saving water is so important. From energy, health, and protecting the natural environment, Water Saving Week will showcase just how important water is and how it affects our everyday lives.
Climate change, population increases and changes in lifestyle have led to increasing pressure being put on our water supplies. As a result, it is more important than ever that we take care with how we use water. Taking positive action now can help to ensure that there is enough water to go around; for our neighbourhoods, for our businesses and for the environment.
