The Assure tariff is to assist customers on a low income or struggling to pay their water charges.
If you are on a low income we may be able to help by putting a limit on your charges for water and sewerage services.
If we are unable to install a water meter at your property, you may be able to choose an assessed charge for your water and sewerage services.
There are some properties where surface water does not drain to the public sewer. If you think this applies to your property and no surface water drains to, or makes use of the public sewer, check here.
You pay for highway drainage with your waste water charge, which we collect on behalf of Severn Trent Water.
