As a water-only company, we collect sewerage charges on behalf of Severn Trent. This is to help keep all of your water charges under one bill. If you've noticed an increase to your latest sewerage charges, please see Severn Trent's scheme of charges for more information.

Make quick and easy payments at a time that suits you with our 'pay now' option. All you need is your customer reference number and schedule ID (these can be found on your bill).
