We recently fixed…

  • Burst main at Hyde Lock in Kinver (DY7 6)

    We're aware of an issue at the Hyde Lock by the River Stour in Kinver, due to a burst main, which may affect customers located in DY7 6. 

    This has now been rectified and all customers affected should now have water.

    As your supply returns, you may notice that you water looks different than usual. This is perfectly normal and your water will be safe to drink. Running your cold kitchen tap will help to clear it. For more information, please refer to our discoloured water advice video.

  • Burst main on the A38, near junction for A50, Derby (DE65 6)

    We’re aware of a burst main on the A38 Southbound, near the junction for the A50, which is causing low pressure for customers in the area (DE65 6). 

    This has now been repaired and all supplies have been restored to our customers.

  • Burst main on Birmingham Road, Walsall WS5 3NE. (WS5 3)

    We’re aware of a burst main on Birmingham Road, Walsall, which was causing low pressure or no water for customers located in the WS5 3 area.

    This has now been repaired and all supplies have been restored to our customers.
