  • Burst Water Main – A515, Woodhouses


    We are aware that there is a burst main on the A515 at Woodhouses, near Yoxall. 

    Our engineers are currently fixing the burst main, which is affecting supplies in the woodhouses area near yoxall and causing low pressure and some intermittent supplies. Supplies are expected to be back to normal by 2300

    Customers may notice their water is a different colour to normal or experience variations in water pressure. Although the water may not look very nice, it’s not harmful to health and running the cold kitchen tap for 20 minutes may help to clear it.  Click here to access our  discoloured water advice video.

    Traffic management has been put in place on the A515.

  • Low pressure in the Oldbury area

    We are aware of an issue in the Oldbury area, causing no water and low pressure. Our engineers are currently working on site in order to restore supplies as soon as possible.

  • Burst Water Main - Chapel Lane, Great Barr, B43

    We are aware that there is a burst water main in Chapel Lane Great Barr, causing low pressure.

    Our engineers are on site and the burst main has been isolated. We have now restored water supply in the area, however, some customers may experience low pressure.

    Customers may notice their water is a different colour to normal or experience variations in water pressure.
