    We’re aware that the water is discoloured in the Lichfield area.

    We're sorry about this and we’re working to fix it as quickly as possible.

  • Burst Main at the junction of Sedgley Road East and Coneygree Road, Tipton. Affecting - Oldbury, Tividale B69 & DY1 area's

    We’re working to fix a burst main at the junction of Sedgley Road East and Coneygree Road in the Tipton/Dudley Port area.

    Your water should be back on - if you notice it’s a different colour to what you’d usually expect, please don’t worry, this is perfectly normal. Although the water may not look very nice, it’s not harmful to health. Running the cold water tap in your kitchen for 20 minutes may help to clear it.
