SMS text messages
Our new ‘text to pay’ service is now live. If you receive a SMS text message prompting you to make a payment, it will be sent from "SStaffWater". If you ever receive contact that you’re suspicious about, please get in touch with us to check it’s genuine.

Log into MyAccount to check your balance, change your payment method or make a payment with your debit or credit card.
Make a quick payment online with your debit or credit card, without logging into MyAccount.

Choose to pay by post, using internet or phone banking, through your benefits or at a bank or Post Office.
